Our story

Started in a property management office. Not a tech incubator.

Bots for Business started in a property management office. The pattern was always the same: leasing teams drowning in repetitive calls, maintenance leads burning out on after-hours dispatch, and operators paying $4,000+/month per coordinator to keep up — only to lose those coordinators six months later to turnover.

We built the first version of the leasing agent for a single property. It booked its first tour in week two. Within three months, the property's after-hours lead capture had tripled. The math was undeniable, and the platform grew from there.

Our mission: make sure no property manager loses a lease, a tenant, or a maintenance emergency to a missed call again.
